From the Tenant Portal via Rentec Direct, you can:

Is my Security Deposit refundable?

Our goal is to return 100% of your Security Deposit at the end of the Lease. You should be able to get all of your deposit back, as long as:

  • You keep the house in good condition.
  • Follow your Lease — specifically, Section 15: Tenant Maintenance Obligations and Section 19: Move-Out Inspection.
  • Paid all of your utility bills*.

* If you do not provide your final paid bills, we will escrow $500 until we receive all of your final paid bills.

What should I do if I am locked out of my property?

You should call a Locksmith to help you regain entry.

If we are available, we can also perform an emergency unlock for you. There is a $150 fee for this service.
