Property Management and Leasing Services


  • We will handle it – You hired us to handle problems and day-to-day work. We will take care of them.
  • We will love it – We will love your property like ours, and we will take steps to make sure it is well maintained.
  • No Upfront Payment – You don’t pay anything upfront until funds are collected from your Tenant (unless we need you to funds upfront repairs)
  • Competitive Pricing – A straightforward fee schedule for leasing and management. For other normal expenses, you just pay the actual costs with no markup.


  • No Fee Guarantee – If the tenant doesn’t pay their rent as agreed, we do not collect our management fee. We are only paid when you are.
  • 60-Day Money Back Guarantee – If you’re not happy, cancel any time within the first 60 days and we will refund your PM fees.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee – If you’re not happy and we can’t remedy it, cancel your management agreement at any time with a 30-day notice.

* The Owner pays for the actual expenses involved in maintenance, court fees, and/or attorney fees. We do not charge a markup fee to coordinate and manage these activities.

If you’re a member of the following Eligible Owners, your Property Management Fee is reduced to 8%, and your Leasing Fee is reduced to 80% of one month’s rent.
