New Tenant Checklist

Congratulations! Your application was accepted. Please use the following checklist to help you prepare for your move-in.

  1. Review and sign the Lease
  2. Set Up Your Tenant Portal Account
    • Set up your payment accounts
    • Submit Application Deposit (due at lease signing)
    • Submit First Month’s Rent (due before move-in)
    • Set up your Renters Insurance (see Why do Tenants Need Renter’s Insurance)
  3. Set up utilities to start on the move-in date
  4. Contact the HOA/Condo to schedule your move-in (if applicable). You should also ask about parking rules and access to amenities.
  5. Schedule a time with your PM for orientation and move-in inspection
  6. Download Resident Connect by Rentec on your phone
