Agent Referral Program

If you are a Real Estate Agent working with a Virginia rental property Owner and you need help with leasing or property management, we can help you. We offer 5-star services for your clients and great benefits to you.

Agent Benefits

  • Your clients stay with you. We always recommend your client reach back out to you when they are ready to buy or sell. We will also notify you so you can reach out to them.
  • Earn 25% Leasing Referral Fee. If we don’t want to deal with leasing, we can do it for you and pay you 25% of a month’s rent. Or you can list and we can manage the property.
  • Earn 2 months’ worth of the PM Fee. We pay you the first 2 months’ worth of the PM Fee once we collected the amount.
  • Earn 1 month’s worth of the PM Fee Afterwards. Each time the Lease is renewed or extended for at least another 12 months, we pay you again.
  • Earn $100 when you refer a new Partner Agent. When another real estate agent you referred successfully refers an Owner, we will pay you $100 per property.
  • Free Rent Analysis Presentation. Need a free presentation you can share with your client? We can create one for you.

The success of our business has been built on relationships of trust. When your referred client is ready to buy another property OR list the property for sale, we will notify you to contact your client AND highly recommend that they work with you.

We will put this in writing. You can trust us to deliver on our promise. We will sign a written contract outlining our referral agreement and referral protection clause.
